I creates a Download, But When it appears, there is a bar at the bottom because it goes off the page.

Does this require Template Editing?

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. Do you mean a scroll bar? What browser are you using? Does it happen in other browsers?

The Download Goes off the page on Smaller Monitors, so it Creates a scroll bar at the bottom.

You close your forum, so their is no screenshot for Us to see what actually a problem is ?
