Hi all

i have been using xampp to test updates and plugins before getting them on my live forums, now i tried to copy the forum over to XAMPP, the problem is, while it works perfectly on the live server, and while old versions worked on XAMPP, this one is displayed weird, i mean forums descriptions are missing, and admin cp looks like attached pic, i deleted themes cache but it didn't help, any help would be appreciated

Reupload ./inc/languages/english/admin and it should work.
