Please open go to your cpanel > Click to phpmyadmin > select your forum's database > Click on the SQL Tab > and write the above query and Press the Go Button

And you're just assuming he uses cPanel...??

jim, in your host control panel, there should be an option called phpMyAdmin, or something similar, you need to click that, and then follow ghazal's steps above:
