Hi there,

I have noticed some staff on community forum have a small logo sort of thing reconising there position. I want to know how to do that and also

Is there a plugin for badges as i have a habbo forum and badges are a main attraction XD

For badges, yes there is a plugin. If you're willing to pay a subscription on MyBBCentral.com I recommend MyAwards by labrocca, but if you want to go free then try Awards System beta by Nickman. Those are the only badges plugins I know.
As for the "small logo sort of thing", it can be done with Adobe Photoshop (paid) or The GIMP (free), both image editing softwares. If you want one, better ask someone who can. You can try requesting it here.

The images here just make use of the usergroup image setting, you'll see the option to add one when you edit a usergroup.
