Ok i will admit it i am a complete noob . All i want is 2 things.
I want to know how to add a admin account so for example someone who is already a registered user also how to add a mod account.
I could not find that anywhere i searched and no results.

Please Go to AdminCP > Users and groups > Users > Select User > Options > Edit > and Upgrade th account of that user to Admin by selecting the Administrator from the the drop down list.
