its total of 156 because I haven't merge the old tritec yet =/

okey anyway never mind.

Even if the total is 156, I doubt every single one of them is posting actively. I would wait until your community is a little bit bigger to start adding mods, and by that point you will probably have an active member or two that stands out. Much better to hire from within than get some random person. But it's your call. You already have two admins, and I would personally call that plenty for the moderation needs your community has right now. It's all about how much time the two of you have though.
