The title probably does not make much sense but I am looking for some plugins that can work in tandem, I have a category that I want only available when you either donate X amount or have X posts.

Any ideas on what I need?

Hey, the post one is not answered, I created a User Promotion as said in post #13 but that does nothing as I cant edit a section so only that user promotion can see it.
