Is it possible for a MyBB forum admin to view the content of private messages sent between forum members ?

And if so what would be good practise? should such messages be viewed and censored ?

There may be 'ethical issues' raised by using this, maybe it should only be used if you think something bad is being discussed in PMs, not just to spy on your members.

I was an admin but sadly no more but I have reason to suspect that my private messages were/are being monitored and read. It would seem I'm right
