i dont get it with it keep pop out 530error ,i try all the day and change my passwords even retype the correct password it also show me the same.
help please.

99tan is part of mybb, and i download the full pack 1.4.8 in the mybb chinese forum and i read the information of it and there wrote anyproblems please contact to this forum.that's why i am here.

You need to ask your host because one of the details they have given you has to be wrong.

ftp details wrong maybe?
