Would I be allowed to use this forums Background image for my forum background? I really like the pattern of it. And I can just get the Background Image on firefox by;

Right Click > View Background Image

I'd imagine so, I don't think it's copyrighted or anything. You'll have to confirm with the staff though.

Okay, and another quick question; How do you change the Background Image?

The body class of global.css, you can add url(URL to image); to the background attribute.
