Why won't any of the board messages work on my new theme??

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them but still they won't work

which plugin?

Just manually add it into the template. It's not that hard of job. There are a couple of choices that you have too. It could be the plugin isn't made to automatically insert it or the theme removed what it looks for when modifying the template.
