I was wondering if someone can help me...
In my usersystem, each user supplies their gmt offset, correct to .5, and all dates/times are then given to that timezone.
the problem is I want to automatically update their timezones when their dst changes. I've been searching for articles on this for ages, but I can't find any!
Any ideas?/
