Does any one here know how to modify rules page that appears before registering.. or probably disable it.
and one more question how to disable attachment? or remove the attachment box ?

For the registration agreement, it's line 74-79 of member.lang.php. I can't remember how to disable it though.
where is member.lang.php located? i wonder about the same thing.
i can't remember it's possible to disable it. just change them so their not allowed to add more than 1kb or something =)

And also make it possible to disable attachment upload.
To disable attachment i deleted all file extention via admin panel..now no file gets uploaded..
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, if you CHMOD you language files to 666 you can edit it by going to ACP > Configuration > Languages > **choose language** > Options > Edit Language Variables.
And you can just remove attachments rights in the usergroup settings instead of deleting all attachment types...
