You don't NEED a credit card paypal also support e-cheques which come straight out of your bank account. You could also pay just through your 'Paypal Balance'. :p
You donot have to pay for this it is easy just follow this steps:-
Go to AdminCpanel
Then go to > templates and theme > templates
and click on the option bottom of the theme you are using and choose expand templates. then again click on expand "Index Page Templates" after expanding you will see "index" only at first place then click option>full edit and below <head> add this

replace location of favicon.ico with actual location of favicon.ico.
remember size of favicon should be 16x16 px.. i think .png,.jpg,.bmp also can be used as favicon.

No thats a custom favicon not custom forum icons.
A favicon is a little icon that appears next the URL in your browser.
Whereas custom forum icons mean the icons beside the forum names in mybb.
Works for me, you have to be subscribed to download anything though. (Except MyPS Core)
