I am admin on my forum, mean while when i post HTML it just leaves it are the html code in text. is it a setting i have to change or what? please reply, thanks!

Not a bug, moved to support.
It isn't enabled by default for security reasons, there's a setting for it on a per-forum basis, but that will enable it for everybody; to have it for just admins needs a plugin.
