Sometimes I couldnt browse into my forums and a warning will pop up that .. mybb couldnt ocnnect and it said that 1203 - that it has max out the connections because of too many users where there is only 13 users how can i prevent this from showing up all the time ... its really annoying please help,.. thanks

This is a problem with your host. Ask your host to increase max_user_connections.

If it's saying there's too many connections, you need to ask your host to raise your max_user_connections setting.
