I have two simple questions.

2. Is there a plugin or modification that allows you to use the same / similar reputation system as vBulletin?

Well it works by clicking a REP (Karma) button on top of the post, for example beside "Post #2"
You can just click that to give a +Rep to someone. Also you must give a Rep to someone else before you can rep the same person again. If it helps, I have some Images that can be used if someone makes a plugin. Should I post the images for the VB rep system?
