Is there a way I can disable the Members from being able to have custom Titles that way I can make it what i want?
In the admin control panel go to user & groups > groups > (select group) > users and permissions tab. In there you will find the setting to disable custom user titles. I am not sure if this will affect current users that have a custom title.
