A bit of a mystery to me: all my forums are using the same template and I slighly chnanged the header template. That worked fine for the index page, but when I go to each specific forum the header is unchanged. Surely if I change the header template it should change for every forum using that template set??? Or is there something else I need to do?

Hmm... it doesn't appear to be all forums... go into the settings and find the setting called 'Style Options' and make sure this is set to 'Use Default'.
