It's probably the ?haifafans=00c33908& at the end, that's to prevent caching or something isn't it??

aha yeah am using it for ANTI Cache 8-) its a plugin in mybboard

so what i should do ? stop then plugin ? !

Well, you could, but it's only webmaster tools, the forums and archive actually work, yeah?? I have hundreds and hundreds of 404 errors in webmaster tools even if the URLs are totally fine so I wouldn't really take much notice of it personally.
