I would like to lock some threads from general register user but other can read and post. thank you in advance.

I am a little confused. Are you just wanting to lock a thread so nobody can post in it or are you wanting a thread to only show to certain users?

I know how to lock and unviewable forum but I don't know how can do on the Threads. Thanks.

If you want them only visible to a particular group you need to make a forum that only that group (and you) has access to, and put the threads there.
