Well , I've been thinking about making a forum .. My question is : How would i go on About changing The Logos and other certain stuff of an already premade skin? Do i just go into my FTP and Replace the Logo file with my own?

Also i have other questions such as where can i get forum icons and such ? :]?

Also when im installing MyBB it tells me to CHMOD some files to 777 but i want to ask is that fully secure? Which files should i CHMOD and what Number should they be put?

Yes, you just replace the file, or you can go to ACP -> Templates and Style -> Themes -> Your Theme -> Board Logo.

For the folders that need to be 777 you can try 757, and if that doesn't work, 775, they will work on some servers, but not on others; they're more secure than 777 but 777 is the sort of catch-all setting that will work all the time.
