Unless you have it in a backup, or you have the trash can plugin already installed, you can't. Deleted means deleted, it's erased from the database.

That won't magically bring back the deleted thread though, this plugin will only help if you accidentally delete a thread in the future, it won't help get this deleted one back. Do you have a backup with the thread in??

I would suggest starting to back up your board regularly in case something happens like it getting hacked.
