Do you have FTP access to your forum?
Becouse that's the way you upload the plugins.

err.. look at his subdomain. He's using MyBBHosting.info so he doesn't have FTP access for sure.
So filepost, you can't upload plugins by navigating through inc/plugins as you don't have acess to it. I think the hosting-service you use already has core plugins, ask them. And if you want a different plugin from the core ones, you also have to request them to a staff member or so.
