Activation reply? I have it set that when you register you are instantly activated, if that's what you mean.
I very much like the theme.
Very difficult to read. The colors are too light. A darker gray for the text is needed.
Other than that it's great.

They were actually much lighter to begin with and I made them a tad bit darker. It shouldn't be too hard to change though.
The header is really nice, but the ~2px overlap below the tabs on the right-hand side can probably die.
