Upgrading from 1.4.2 to latest version

Url of forum is http://www.miurareps.net/BB/

Getting 500 error at http://www.miurareps.net/BB/install/upgrade.php

Uploaded all files to proper directory - overwriting existing files as instructed
double checked to make sure all files are there and the new version
CHMODs all look good

Any ideas?

Got it ... looked over server errors found a tweak needed in CHMOD for the install directory to 755 and the upgrade.php also to 755. (I had them 777)

All upgraded and working fine!

delete the 'lock' file in your install directory then upgrade your forum..
