www.******.com/forum. But I want my forum as my home page. I want to see my forum in
www.******.com. Sir plz tell me. I am new. This is my first website. Plz tell me.
move all of the files from
http://www.yorusite.com/for to
www.yoursite.com, yoursite being the name of your site. then edit the forum url and cookie path parts of your inc/settings .php to read '/'. then log in to your acp and change the settings in General Settings to reflect those in settings.php.
It'll be easier to edit the settings in the ACP first, and then move the files, so you don't need to edit settings.php.
Good point, but if it's installed using Softaculous, you'd need to edit settings.php before you can even log in, as Soft sets it to /softs/mybb/ for some unknown reason.
