Where is the avatars and signature settings located at.. Sorry for this many questions but my brain is clogged for some reason.

Forum wide settings:
Admin CP --> Configuration --> User Registration and Profile Options
--- Allow MyCode in Signatures
--- Maximum Number of Images per Signature
--- Allow Smilies in Signatures
--- Allow HTML in Signatures
--- Allow [img] Code in Signatures
--- Length limit in Signatures
--- MyCode affects signature length
--- Maximum Avatar Dimensions
--- Max Uploaded Avatar Size
--- Avatar Resizing Mode
--- Avatar Directory
--- Avatar Upload Path

At a user group level:
Admin CP --> Users & Groups --> Groups --> *Select the group you want to edit* --> Users and Permissions --> Can upload avatars?
