What do I put for the following entries if I want to back up the database every 2 hours?

Time: Minutes
Enter a comma separated list of minutes (0-59) for which this task should run on. Enter '*' if this task should run on every minute.

Time: Hours
Enter a comma separated list of hours (0-23) for which this task should run on. Enter '*' if this task should run on every hour.

Time: Weekdays
Select which weekdays this task should run on. Holding down CTRL selects multiple weekdays. Select 'Every weekday' if you want this task to run each weekday or you have entered a predefined day above.

Time: Months
Select which months this task should run on. Holding down CTRL selects multiple months. Select 'Every month' if you want this task to run each month.

For minutes: 0-59 (doesn't really matter which one so long as it isn't * :p)
For Hours: 0,2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22 or 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23 (Which will run it every 2 hours)
For Weekdays: Every Weekday
For Months: Every Month
