I've had this problem for quite a while now, and it forced me to turn off captcha, which I then realized was a terrible idea. (I have over 700 spam users on my forum now, most haven't verified their account through email yet)

The captcha image shows up all white and you can barely see the letters:

That's the direct image location of the captcha. I've tried re-uploading captcha.php, captcha.js, and all the captcha fonts in binary through FileZilla and it still does not work.

PM me FTP..makre sure captcha is enabled.

You want me to PM you all my FTP information? Do you need access to a specific folder or the whole root folder?

Reuplaoding the ./inc/captcha_fonts/ folder in binary mode, that's the important bit, should do the trick.

Still does not work. I've uploaded that folder through FTP (Binary) and directly from the file manager in cPanel, and it still does not work.
