MyBB Community Forums - 403 Forbidden Error

I have recently fresh installed my forum and it was working fine. Every time I go to my administration panel and I get redirected to the main administrator page. Once I click a link that has administrative options (module) concerning the forum I get redirected to a 403 error page.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My website is located at http://www.thelinuxforums.co.cc. It's using MyBB 1.4.8. Thank you in advance for the help.

Thank you, for some weird reason I asked the at my host's forums and they say it does not have anything to do with mod_security. I will try the instructions.

Once they whitelist your account/domain, all should be well.
