Well I just switched my theme before i had it where nothing is pixely it did not apply to all theme for some reason.
So I am asking how to I get the smileys and online status pictures and stars non pixelly on the edges?

You'll just need to remove the white pixels with a graphics program of some kind.

Where can i access the images and smileys?

The ./images/ and ./images/smilies/ folders??
