Is there a plugin that can translate whole forum by only clicking on country flag. Example:

If I click on Czech flag it translate forum content to Czech language. The site address changes to site.com/?hl=cs
I've seen this translator on vB forum. I think (I bet) it uses Google Translate. I've only found post translate.
