yes ! just put it in the header template,
but not that any search engine wont directly use ur meta tags, try after few days.

to go to the header go to Admin CP > Templater > Edit/delete > Expand > header

yes just add it, of course with you own information, it wont show on the pages, it's hidden when you browse any page as u know.

Actually, its probably better if you add it to the top of headerinclude rather then header. That way its right between the <head> and </head> like it should be.
