This may be a dump question. Please bear with me.

I am evaluating this tool now and hope to test DennisTT's plugin.

Here is what I saw from admin interface: Configuration->Plugins:

----
This section allows you to activate, deactivate, and manage the plugins that you have uploaded to your forum's inc/plugins directory. To hide a plugin from view, but not lose any stored information from it, click the Deactivate link.
----

I searched the tool but failed to find how to upload it va the admin interface. I installed and am playing MyBB on my laptop.

Could somebody help? Thanks!
You need to upload the files, where your MyBB files are, the readme should tell you where each file has to go.
Matt, thanks for the tip and I did find the readme.txt from within DennisTT's download.

The instruction is as follows:

1) Upload defaultprofile.php into your inc/plugins directory.

Should I upload it via any MyBB interface (how?) or should I do a many copy?

Thanks!
You need to upload it to where you files are, manually, there's currently nothing in MyBB to do it via the ACP. So, go to wherever your file are, fine the ./inc/plugins/ folder, and put the file in there.
Thanks!!!

Could you please look at my question in this thread?
