I am in header_welcomeblock looking for where to remove:
You last visited: Today, 02:02 PM
and
Current time: 23-07-2009, 03:04 PM
as they are both clutter features

Im unable to find any reference's to them?

Have you looked in header_welcomeblock_member?

Ahh, Thank you for the tip, was able to remove current date their!
Although unable to find how or where to remove "You last visited: Today, 02:02 PM"

It's in the lang files.
