i just noticed that the pm count in the welcomepanel counts sent PMs as part of your PMs in your inbox.

Shouldn't that be the count for your inbox only?

so it should be counting sent private messages in the sent folder as well? i always thought that was representation of your inbox

It's supposed to count all the folders. After all, that's what a total is But I see your point and I guess people can get confused by it.
