Is there a PDF file or a screen shot that labels all the parts of a forum? I was in themes global.css selector wanting to change some colors and I was at a lost. I did find the body color but all else is just to confusing.

Want is the bar called that the category is labeled, and under that where it says Forum?

You need the .thead class for the category name and the .tcat class for where it says Forum.
