Ok I did the hack with the portal for the last version of mybb and I updated it to work with the newest version
But when I try to open the install php it wont even open
Can someone help me on this?

Ok it makes an mkportal work on the newest version of mybb
You need to have mybb installed before you install mkportal. I haven't used it in years but I think that hack will also be done after either mybb is installed or they're both installed.

my issue is that the install php wont work for the mk portal
You might get better help over at MkPortal as well as seing how it is their add on.
Oh and yes the last time i used it all went smooth.
