Today I was adding a favicon to my site, and I searched on Google on how to do it and I got many results from this community board and from the mods section on this site as well. I found multiple sites saying that it should automatically load on its on if its on the root section of my forum. I cleared my cache after I had uploaded it and refreshed the page to see if it worked and it didn't. I then decided to add the favicon mod that I downloaded from the mod section of this site because it looked the easiest alternative way, so I did and it activated fine and I added the URL to where my favicon was located and it saved fine. I cleared my cache and refreshed the page again and it ended up not working. So then I looked again on Google and there was two tutorials that came up. I looked at each and it said to add a code to my headerinclude template, so I did and I edited the code to fit where my favicon was located and saved. I then cleared my cache and refreshed my page once again and it did not work. By this point I am filled with stress because I cannot get this to work even though it seems so simple. Please help in anyway possible.

I am using Firefox, the link is www.Hiddengamers.net. I didn't know if I should of added the link, thought there was advertisement rules. I know I shouldn't be filled with anger but I just can't get it to work. Its not anger its just stress.

Using Safari 4 and I see the favicon.

Really? I tested it with Google Chrome, IE, Firefox and Opera and I still cannot see it. Maybe its just my computer in general. Thank you for telling me tho.
