Can anyone help me get my menu back? I sorta screwed up triple clicking....

Right click on the panel(bar) you want it on. Select Add to Panel. Then you should be able to select main menu
.

I did it wrong but W/e its fine now thanks.
I really should start exploring Gnome and not just bugging with Xfce..
