Hmm, I find they bring depth to the trows, and depth is good in a lot of cases.

Well, if he must use gradients, it would be nice to see them all the same instead of alternating. Again, just my preference.

Same here, Depth is important in any art(well most).

Anyway I'll change them I do use alot of gradient's admittedly.

I think if you make the change a bit more subtle and don't alternate it it will look a lot better.

Very very nice.

But, I don't like the index post count. Just looks weird to me.

Thanks, Also it won't show like that if people use the theme, I changed the core language file's to shorten some of the text there so it will only look like that on my site.
