Firstly, On my site, sometimes when you type in footyfansforum.co.uk you get the Webpage cannot be found page, then you type in "www." and my website shows up.

After i add "www." i try "footyfansforum.co.uk" and it works.

So when you 1st visit the website and dont add the "www." i think it doesnt work?

Secondly, my forum has alot of members, and i get about 10-15 emails a day with people saying, i forgot my password, i did the forgot password procedure, and i still cannot login.

Whats the problem there then?

About the www thing, I had that with one of my domains, I asked my host about it and they fixed it, see if yours can do the same.

So the password they get sent doesn't work?? Have you tested it with a test account??

Could the emails possibly gone to their spam box?

I tried the Test Account, i changed it and it just wouldnt let me log in. Kept saying bad password.

Thats another email i got today saying the password reminder failed
