question1.I want to show 10 or (x) latest threads or posts of myforum in mysite.
example:
my forum is: http://forum.mydomain.com
my site is: http://mydomain.com
please help me for this.

a question for vb style:
i want to show a welcome panel on top of my forum same of vb bulltein.
if user is guest, show a panel for help an give a informations to her for register in my frum, and if user is registed show a panel for give wellcome.

Admin CP > Board Settings > Change >Portal Settings

Number of latest discussions to show . set it to more than 10

i haven't had a look at the vbulleting templates, however there are several mods around for that reason ,like welcome message etc..
