Ok I added a new skin to my forum after I installed all my plug-ins, only some of the plug-ins werent showing up. I figured out that if you de-activate and re-activate the plug-in it will appear on both skins. The only problem now is on my first skin some plug-ins are appearing twice!
Is there a wrong/right way to do this and if so how?
Deactivating and reactivating is generally the best way, they shouldn't show twice on the old theme though, deactivating _should_ remove the code from the templates, and then it's added again when you activate. You can remove the duplicated code from the templates and it'll be OK again.
Yup I checked the templates and there was 2 of them showing in the template.
Some Plugin authors might not remove template code. I've noticed a few that won't do this.

That is just being lazy to not add that code or else they forgot.
