If you didn't do any manual template edits, you should be able to disable the plugins, install the theme, and then re-enable them. In theory, it should work.

It does work 99%(sometimes people mess the templates up where plugins won't be able to insert their change
).However becareful when doing this as some plugins will lose all their data when you deactivate them.(Point/cash plugins for example)
