why in my forum table (mybb_post) often experience crashes?

If it keeps crashing you'll need to ask your host why, it shouldn't happen.

I've had this problem on hostgator, best thing to do is ask your host and see if they can fix it, if it still happens, i would just move to another host, you don't want to keep contacting them asking why it does that and they give a one time fix.
