Hey guys. I've recently gotten MyBB and have grown fully adaptable to it. I love how you can just add plug-ins to make it a better forums. I was on the verge of releasing it to the public (I was almost done), and I was testing the registration, and I got an error. Same with the Private Messaging system.

It was some sort of MySQL error.

If you need any more information, just say so. It's currently set to Instant Activation right now.

Please help.

Try the PMing perhaps first, since Instant Activation is enabled.

EDIT: Dont see why it would be a host problem actually, because posting threads work.. so it's a problem with MyBB? on your server.. I'll leave it to Matt to take a look..

I couldn't get the error to happen but 'MySQL server has gone away' is on the host's end so you'd need to ask them.

how do you get icons in the boards and the login to the right of the page?

And quite a lot of themes have the login box on the right.
