Ok, I looked around and I don't think anything covers this specifically so I'll ask here.

I wanted to move my forum from "holleesarmy.com" to "forum.holleesarmy.com" I backed up the database, changed the URL in the admin CP and started the subdomain and moved all the forum files there. Naturally, I knew there was going to be problems. My theme isn't showing up and I have to manually type my admin CP URL since the button doesn't work. Is there step-by-step instructions I can get so I can get everything working and up and ready? Thanks in advance.

Ok. I changed my cookies. I'm not moving host though which is what most guides are based upon. I'm moving it too a sub-domain. Any other things I need to do?

What is your Board URL set to?
Admin CP --> General Configuration --> Board URL

I have it set to the sub-domain forum.holleesarmy.com

That's probably what's causing the problem here. The setting says:
The url to your forums.
Include the http://. Do NOT include a trailing slash.

So what you'll want to set it to is:
http://forum.holleesarmy.com
