How do you give user Badges?

Or, if you mean the image I have in my postbit (not really sure based on your explanation) it's a setting in the usergroup settings.

Yea I'm a VIP at mybbcentral and I have that badges, but I meant like the one Ryan Loos wears.

Yeah, that's the usergroup image in the usergroup settings.

There are some in the default MyBB package (images/groupimages/english) however you can also find some on the mod site
